Soul Surgerywill provide general counseling services for those suffering from alcohol and drug abuse. Clients will receive a minimum of 20 hours per week, more often if desired or necessary. Sessions will focus on an individual’s specific problem and are based on a 12-Step approach. If necessary, a client can also receive family sessions and/or participate in our family workshop in order to assist in the healing of the family system.
Soul Surgery offers individual therapy, group therapy, family therapy, and educational groups. All sessions are conducted by behavioral health professionals or behavioral health technicians under the clinical oversight of a behavioral health professional. The staff member providing counseling services addressing a specific type of behavioral health issue, such as substance abuse or sexual trauma, will have the skills and training necessary in order to address such issues.
